Karm Gillespie - Banjo
Karm Gillespie has taught drama and dance in schools, and has performed in TV, film and live theatre. Banjo is a brilliant piece of theatre combining social history, biography and literature, based on Banjo Patersons's poetry, war correspondence and other writings. This is a wonderful tribute to one of Australia's greatest literary figures.
Keynote title: Banjo (Yr 8)
Karm Gillespie's exceptional theatrical skills combine with Banjo Paterson's poetry, war correspondences and other writings to bring to life Banjo's many characters and his glowing vision of Australia
