Alison Goodman lives in Elwood and enjoys thinking up stories and murmuring bits of dialogue to herself as she stomps the promenade. She keeps goldfish but wishes she had a dog because her fish won't go for long walks. Alison has a degree in professional writing and teaches fiction at Deakin University.
