Michael Pryor

Michael Pryor
Michael Pryor was born in Swan Hill, Victoria. He has worked as a drainer's labourer, truck driver, Internet Consultant, bathroom accessories salesman and as a secondary school teacher. Michael writes science fiction/ fantasy because it exercises the imagination. He says "thinking about the future is an important way of preparing for it."
Keynote title: Elements of storytelling (Yr 8)
Workshop title: Elements of storytelling (Yr 10,11,12)

Students will be taken into the exciting genre of science fiction. In his workshop Michael encourages humour amd risk taking through the exploration and creation of powerful story writing.
