Gary Crew
Gary Crew is one of Australia's most highly respected and successful authors of children's and young adult literature. Gary has won the CBC Book of the Year four times and has been the recipient of Australia Council Literary Fellowships.

Gary's many years of experience teaching in schools, universities and tertiary institutions fuel an informative workshop, providing a stimulating and inspiring insight into his work and the writing process. Currently he is a Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

The Structure of Narrative (10, 11 and 12)
In this highly practical 'hands-on' experience of writing, Gary develops practical exercises focusing the participant's attention on the structure of narrative, beginning with the development of an original idea through to it's final concept as a story.

Session Times: Year 10
Year 11 and 12
