Damian Callinan is a well known face on Australian television from his roles on Channel 10 comedy programs Skithouse and Before The Game. You may also have heard his voice on 774ABC; JJJ; MIXFM and MMM but his media profile has been built on the back of his prolific live comedy work as a standup and character comedian. He has twice been nominated for the prestigious Barry Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and also won the Foreign Exchange Award that sent him to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Tell us how to write a joke (Yrs 7, 8, 9 and 10 workshops)
Not so much "tell us a joke" as "tell us how to write a joke." Damian Callinan will take you through the process of kick-starting comedy. Focusing on sketch, standup and duo comedy he'll lead you from the page to the stage and leave you asking… is this thing on?

Session Times: Year 7 Year 8 Year 9 Year 10
