Sean Choolburra
is a proud Aboriginal man who maintains and practices the cultural traditions of his father's people the 'Girramay' and his mother's people the 'Kalkadoon, Pitta Pitta and Gugu Yanlanji'.
He draws upon this heritage when he delivers cultural workshops and shows.
Born and raised in Townsville, in 1990 Sean made the decision to move to Sydney to build and further his career. 1994 saw new challenges and ambitions for him, when he decided to take on Stand Up Comedy
, which he continues to this day.
Stand-up comedy remains his primary passion, but his ultimate goal is to have his own television comedy show. He continues to improve his skills, pursuing his interest in acting, hosting, dancing, writing
and culture, with that clear goal in mind.
