Poser

Poser

By Claire Dederer

“ for anyone interested in expanding their horizons or perspectives on living a full life ”

Amongst a few other books, I read; “Poser; My life in 23 Yoga Poses” by Claire Dederer. Whilst this is an autobiography of sorts, and I learnt some interesting facts along the way, it’s a beautiful narrative, touching on a range of aspects of Claire’s life; her family, her work, and travel… and how they relate to particular yoga poses. Or, more accurately, she writes about how what she learns on her mat opens up her understanding of and appreciation for what happens in the broader aspects of her life outside of the yoga room. An inspiring book for yogis (beginners, and more experienced) but also for anyone interested in expanding their horizons or perspectives on living a full life.

5/5 I loved it!
