By Stephen King
“ "The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed." ”
Stephen King's The Gunslinger is one of the rare truly magnificent books in the malnourished genre of Science-Fantasy. Readers will note the fantasy story elements in a post-apocalyptic world. Fans of Stephen King will notice a quite different style of writing compared to his other novels but the book remains just as dark as his other works. Each chapter is filled with dark mysteries that taunt you to read on. Its story is gritty and unpredictable which concludes with a satisfying but open ending. It should be noted that this book may be inappropriate for younger readers and is recommended for older lovers of dark fantasy.
