Dr. Mark Collins Dr. Mark Collins is mad enough to have written four English text books and run seminars for English teachers across Victoria and Australia in his holidays. He is preparing a special Shakespeare course for Scotch and his seminars are designed to be both enjoyable and thought-provoking.
