Zeal Theatre
The play was written by actor/writer/directors Tom Lycos and Stefo Nantsou in 1996 with assistance from Detective David Jones who was in charge of the real case, and other police officers who deal with youth crime cases.

The Stones (Yr 8)
"The Stones" is the fictional recreation of a true story where two Melbourne boys kicked rocks from a freeway overpass, killing a passing motorist. The first half of the play is a fast, physical, funny and anarchic series of events leading up to the fatal incident. The second half of the play takes a dramatic turn, following the subsequent police investigation, the boys being interrogated, charged, released on bail, the trial and verdict.
